Festive celebrations at Kihaa Maldives will start a little early, on December 23, and set the pace for a perfect New Year.
A range of activities has been set, starting from Christmas day to New Years for both children and adults. The resort will host different entertainment programmes and live music along with treasure hunts and competitions where guests stand to win exciting prizes.

For the New Year celebrations, Kihaa Maldives will host a divine gourmet gala buffet on the beach, themed ‘Keyolhu’, which translates to ‘fisherman’ in local Dhivehi language. The entire island will be decorated with palm leaves and the buffet will boast plenty of seafood to choose from. Guests are welcome to dress in blue or white to be in line with the theme.
Entertainment throughout the evening will see guests bidding goodbye to 2019 in style and welcoming 2020 with new resolutions.
The resort’s culinary department will also host an evening with pop-up stalls to celebrate traditions, cultures and cuisines from around the globe, offering visitors a wide array of delicious cuisines and dishes together with a hint of culture.
All guests staying between December 15, 2019 and January 20, 2020 will be entitled to participate in a ‘celebrate and win’ raffle, and stand a chance to win seven nights stay during the manta ray season in 2020.
