Kurumba Maldives, the country’s first resort, has celebrated its 47th anniversary.
Adding to the many milestones this well-loved resort has achieved since its opening on October 3, 1972, the day was celebrated with team building activities and a Street Fair in the resort’s team village, showcasing the culinary talents of the multi-national team.
It was a night for the professional chefs to take off, as team members from all departments — from engineering and landscaping, to spa and front office — prepared a selection of their favourite national dishes. Each stand was decorated with amazing creativity and with mouth-watering dishes, and the team proudly wore their national costumes to represent the many talents and backgrounds gathered at Kurumba.
