Grand Park Kodhipparu Maldives has hosted an extensive learning programme for its Lifestyle Host team.
As part of the programme, which was conducted in association with renowned South African butler training academy Heilbron Hospitality, the Lifestyle Hosts of Grand Park Kodhipparu embarked on a ten-day journey of intensive training from June 10-21.
The programme covered technical skills, soft skills and mindfulness, as well as all essential components required to bring service excellence to the next level. This holistic programme allowed the team to develop an eye for detail, reawaken their senses, use the right emotional intelligence, and most importantly get charged with fresh energy, passion and commitment to go the extra mile and deliver the best service standards.

Located in North Male Atoll and a 15-minute speedboat ride away from the main Velana International Airport, Grand Park Kodhipparu features a collection of 120 villas, including idyllic beachfront pool villas, breathtaking overwater villas and palatial two-bedroom villas.
