Aishwarya Rai and Abhishek Bachchan are celebrating 12 years of togetherness, at Niyama Private Islands Maldives.
To ring in their 12th wedding anniversary, Aishwarya and Abhishek arrived in the Maldives along with their daughter Aaradhya on Thursday.
Abhishek shared a stunning picture of his wife Aishwarya chilling in the moonlight beside the sea. Wishing her a happy wedding anniversary, Abhishek wrote on Instagram, “Honey and the moon. 
.” Later on, Aishwarya too shared a photo to wish her husband and wrote, “Our Togetherness
captured by The Divine Light of Our Lives 
LOVE YOU AARADHYA
”.
The couple has been constantly giving a sneak peek into their vacation at the private island of Niayama.

Abhishek and Aishwarya are known for their love to take a frequent escape from the glitz and glamour of Mumbai and plan vacations. The duo has been to the Maldives several times.
Winner of the Miss World 1994 pageant, Aishwarya has established herself as one of the most popular and influential celebrities in India. She made her acting debut in Mani Ratnam’s 1997 Tamil film Iruvar and had her first Hindi film release in Aur Pyaar Ho Gaya that same year. Her first commercial success was the Tamil romantic drama Jeans (1998), following which she achieved wider success and won two Best Actress awards at Filmfare for her performances in Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam (1999) and Devdas (2002).
Aishwarya garnered critical appreciation for portraying a passionate artist in the Tamil romance Kandukondain Kandukondain (2000), Tagore’s heroine, Binodini, in the Bengali film Chokher Bali (2003), a depressed woman in the drama Raincoat (2004), Kiranjit Ahluwalia in the British drama film Provoked (2006), and a nurse in the drama Guzaarish (2010). Son of all-time favourite Bollywood superstars Amitabh Bachchan and Jaya Bachchan, Abhishek made his acting debut in 2000 with J. P. Dutta’s war film Refugee, and followed it by starring in over a dozen films which were both critical and commercial failures. His first commercial success came with the 2004 action film Dhoom, which changed his career prospects. Abhishek went on to earn critical appreciation for his performances in the dramas Yuva (2004), Sarkar (2005), and Kabhi Alvida Naa Kehna (2006), which won him three consecutive Filmfare Award for Best Supporting Actor. Abhishek and Aishwarya tied the knot on April 20, 2007.
