The St. Regis Maldives Vommuli Resort has won the honour of “Best Hotel in the Indian Ocean” at 2018 Ultimate Luxury Travel Related Awards (ULTRAs) ceremony held recently at Burj Al Arab in Dubai.
Voters came from the well-travelled readers of Ultratravel UK, Ultratravel Middle East, the websites of their partner newspapers — the Daily Telegraph, The National and Al Ittihad — and the top tier members of DISCOVERY, the worldwide luxury hotel loyalty programme in which Ultratravel Collection is the elite segment of hotels.
The Indian Ocean category is fiercely contested, but The St Regis Maldives Vommuli Resort came out on top leading the way in luxury guest care, first-class dining and the overall bespoke experience.
