Al Shaali Marine Maldives, a leading boat building company, has introduced luxury speedboat Magellan 45 to the Maldives.
The new speedboat was introduced on Thursday by Mohamed Shareef, Operations Manager of Al Shaali Marine. It was followed by a short cruise around Male, with the participation of local and international media representatives.
The Magellan 45 is a luxury speedboat which is positioned to cater to the guest transfer needs in the high-end tourism market. Featuring a modern design, the Magellan 45 is fully air-conditioned and boasts luxury seating sets for guests to seep into the very best of high-end comfort. The interior ceiling of the boat is beautifully designed with blue LED light panels to create a comfortable ambiance during the journey.
The 12-seater Magellan 45 runs on three outboard motor engines, at a maximum speed of 36 knots. It is designed with the Maldivian weather and sea conditions in mind, making it perfect for smooth cruises even across choppy waters.
In addition to being a guest transfer vessel, the Magellan 45 can be used for various excursions such as fishing trips, island hopping and dolphin watching.
Al Shaali Marine Maldives is a join venture between Al Shaali Marine Dubai and Maldives based Coastline Investments. The parent company was established in 1979, and is considered to be a pioneer of fibreglass boats and yacht manufacturing in the Middle East.
