Hurawalhi Maldives to host Dream Island gastronomic experience with Michelin-starred chef Fulvio Siccardi

Hurawalhi Maldives has announced an extraordinary Dream Island gastronomic experience, hosted by two Michelin-star chef Fulvio Siccardi on the resort’s picturesque sandbank.

The dining experience will be hosted from January 27-29, and will cost USD 190 per person. A limited number of seats are now available for reservation.

Having received Michelin acclaims for his epicurean creations at Le Clivie di Piobesi restaurant in Alba and Conti Roero in Monticell’Alba, Siccardi promises an astounding seafood menu with a touch of Italian cuisine.

Complementing culinary flair of this fine dining event is the exquisite charm of the Dream Island: this beautiful patch of sand pierces the surface of the Indian Ocean and is synonym for the Maldives’ romantic essence.

“Experience the pure perfection of Siccardi’s dishes, paired with the magic of dining underneath the stars and with sand in your toes, this January at Hurawalhi,” an announcement by the resort read.

Officially inaugurated in January 2016, the five-star Hurawalhi resort is accessible by a 40-minute scenic seaplane flight from the main airport, and offers 90 villas, including 60 Ocean Villas and 30 Beach Villas, for grown-ups who are seeking luxury and innovation. The villas are stylishly and beautifully conceived featuring soothing décor, sumptuous linens on king size beds, bleached wooden floors, and private terraces with panoramic views.

There is an ocean of delights to take in at Hurawalhi Maldives: dining at 5.8 Undersea Restaurant, snuggling up with your darling under a blanket or sparkling stars on the iconic Dream Island sandbank, falling in love with the plethora of marine life on the island’s doorstep – in fact, one visit to the resort is hardly enough to experience it all.
