At the DIVE Magazine’s 2017 Travel Awards, OBLU at Helengeli secured the second spot in the Dive Centres and Resorts category with 469 out of a total of 3,117 votes cast.

The annual DIVE Travel Awards recognise the top 10 in three categories: destinations, dive centres or resorts, and liveaboards.
This year, 13,845 votes were cast since polling started in May when the lists of hundreds of nominated destinations, resorts and liveaboards were narrowed down to the top 25 or so in each category. The winners were announced at World Travel Market (WTM) London, which was held from November 6-8.
