Park Hyatt Maldives Hadahaa has announced plans to remodel some of its villas in a bid to provide more accommodation options for families.
In an announcement, Park Hyatt Maldives Hadahaa said selected island based guest villas will be refurbished to accommodate families in a two bedroom setting and to increase the total number of pool villas. The remodelling project will see the introduction of two new villa categories; a Deluxe Park Pool Villa, which will offer an additional 100 square meter of space, and a two-bedroom Park Pool Villa, which will offer an additional 135 square meter of space, it added.
According to the resort, first phase of the remodelling project will be carried out between July and August, with the second phase following in September. No disruptions to any access to the beach, other land villas, water villas, restaurants and the spa will occur, it said.
“Park Hyatt Maldives Hadahaa accords high priority to the privacy and comfort of guests. … Refurbishment works will be carried out with hand-held tools and no heavy machinery will be used in the works,” the announcement read.
Park Hyatt Maldives Hadahaa, which opened in 2009, currently offers 16 Park Villas and 20 Park Pool Villas, seven Park Water Villas and seven Park Water Sunset Villas. The resort, located in the southern Gaafu Alif atoll, offers luxurious amenities, a host of recreational activities, and relaxing and rejuvenating treatments.
